brokeandbespoke asked: congrats on the anniversary! and congrats too on the recent weight loss (i need to get on that train...), the suit looks great. i think the pulling at the buttoning point doesn't even look bad, some people think it's verboten, but i've always thought it added an air of insouciance (lols, only in the buttoned-up and repressed world of #menswear would pulling at a button be considered insouciant) provided it's not patently the wrong size, which this clearly isn't. -Jason
Thanks! The thoughts on the slight pull at the button are interesting although I still think a few more pounds off would leave me looking better both in and out of the suit.
I will warn anyone looking to get the LE linen-cotton suit: it fits very trim; much trimmer than other tailored wear. I have a 39 tailored fit jacket from them and the 40 in the linen-cotton fits is much more trim.
