I brought this spread collar shirt with me to London, but no tie. I hoped to find some good ties while in London. I think I managed to hit a home-run with this one. I found it at a vintage place for £3, about $4.50. It’s navy silk knit. It’s my first silk knit and I finally understand why so many love them. I can’t keep my hand off of it.

It’s the widest knit tie I’ve ever seen, probably about 3.5 inches, which as a wider guy, works for me. The make is Carloni Gaetano. I can’t find anything about the maker online. Anyone know anything?
